El Gato Cantina

El Gato Cantina is an authentic Mexican restaurant with two locations in Burlington, and Essex Junction, Vermont. We offer traditional Mexican food in a casual dining atmosphere. Both restaurants are open at 11am, 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.

El Gato Cantina offers a wide variety of traditional Mexican dishes and appetizers made from traditional Mexican family recipes. We pride ourselves in making quality food Cantina-style, like you’d find on the streets of Mexico.

We offer a full stocked bar with our own house-infused tequila including Jalapeno tequila, Orange tequila and Tricky Kitty, inspired by the season.

We offer gluten-free and vegan dishes and have a full kids menu to accommodate the whole family.
