Early Learning Preschool Center

Early Learning Preschool Center is a state of Vermont licensed childcare program for children ages 3 to 5 years. Located at 121 Maple Street in downtown Burlington, we're convenient to Pine Street and Shelburne Road, and located on the city bus line. Just a short walk from the waterfront, we have the perfect location for convenience for parents and learning opportunities for our students!

We occupy the bottom floor of an historic converted storefront building. Our space is open and bright, with lots of natural lighting. Our facility includes a huge, fenced back yard with lawn and garden spaces.

Established in 1996, we're currently in our 27th year of operation under the same owner and management.

At Early Learning, children are introduced to early academic activities through a hands-on, fun curriculum. Our larger focus, however, is on social and emotional growth to give children a solid foundation for school success. We're home to Burlington's original "Giving Tree", where we share books, garden kits and winter gear with the community. We have a school garden, planted and tended by our students, and share the produce with our families. We offer full or part time openings with a variety of scheduling options. We are open year-round, with play-based summer camp themes throughout the summer months.
