Taste the ONE

Burlington's Old North End (ONE) has historically been the city's most diverse neighborhood, and it remains so today. The ONE’s rich mix of cultures is reflected in the neighborhood's increasingly vibrant food scene. From pizza and pho to fresh pappardelle, this neighborhood has something for every taste bud. In the past decade alone, more than 13 new restaurants have opened, helping turn the ONE into one of Burlington’s most exciting dining destinations, complete with nationally recognized chefs and beloved local staples.

Now, nine of those eateries are teaming up for Taste the ONE, a neighborhood restaurant week happening March 20-29, 2026. It’s a celebration of the delicious flavors, creativity, and community.
