Our fee schedule is basically $30/hr for individuals and community groups, $50/hr for institutions, $20/hr for use of our licensed commercial kitchen. Other fees for large events like weddings, etc. We have a fine children’s library with toys & puzzles, changing table, and a huge backyard with lots of play spaces. BYOB is permitted (weddings, parties, etc.) when arranged with scheduler. Chairs included: 60 fully upholstered chairs in Meeting House, 30 folding chairs with upholstered seats in Bassett House, plus numerous metal folding chairs. Kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffeemakers. Commercial kitchen available in Bassett House for extra fee

Storage: Tenants can store items in the basement and may be able to have their own refrigerator there
Parking: 1 offstreet parking spot
Requirements: Smoking is not permitted on the property and tenants must clean the kitchen themselves
