Our very accessible Beginner Basics classes are a perfect entry point for anybody new to the practice of Yoga, or those who appreciate the ongoing study of alignment. Our Flow classes offer a progression of more physically challenging sequences that effectively develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. For those who wish to go deeper into the traditional practice, Hatha Yoga offers a space to explore the body as an energy system wherein the physical and mental intensity is dependent on the expanding capacity of the student.
