Micro Mobile Kitchen

MMK is the intersection between the need for a diversity of food in our community and a need for cleaner, forward thinking transportation and kitchen design.

I started by modifying a neighborhood electric vehicle (NEV) and turned it into a kabab grilling mobile machine. In the winter and spring of 2020 I designed and built a commercial prep kitchen in a shipping container!

The MMK food cart is battery powered and has zero emissions and is Vermont's only clean energy food cart serving up authentic Persian staples.
