Micro Mobile Kitchen

MMK is the intersection between the need for a diversity of food in our community and a need for cleaner, forward-thinking transportation, and kitchen design.

I started by modifying a neighborhood electric vehicle (NEV) and turned it into a kabab grilling mobile machine. In the winter and spring of 2020, I designed and built a commercial prep kitchen in a shipping container!

The MMK food cart is battery-powered, has zero emissions, and is Vermont's only clean energy food cart serving authentic Persian staples.

MMK has rotating vendors, including S&B Kitchen (Yemeni and Gambian cuisine) and Le Bon Gout (African cuisine).
