Radio Bean opened in 2000 and quickly became a community hub and local music hot spot. 'The Bean' features live entertainment seven days a week spanning every genre imaginable.

It plays an irreplaceable role in the local music scene by providing a stage and a nurturing environment for emerging artists while serving as a point of entry for regional and national touring acts visiting VT.

Radio Bean has been a significant venue for the success of nationally acclaimed artists such as Grace Potter, Anais Mitchell, Rubblebucket,

The Low Anthem, Corey Harris, Swale, Birdie Busch, and

venue co-owner, Kat Wright and her Indomitable Soul Band.

Radio Bean welcomes innumerable music lovers and literally thousands of musicians each year to what has become the common living room for many of Burlington’s most inspired musicians, creatives, and artists.
