For more than five years we made sushi in the downtown Burlington Vermont City Market natural foods supermarket, with sushi lovers from all over the state and even Canada making family trips to get our products. Our secret is freshness. The business owner, a woman immigrant from Japan, uses high tech Japanese machines to help us maintain a just-in-time production method. We emphasize simple, authentic recipes and we lean toward vegetarian and vegan products. We can adapt our products to meet any needs.
